Privacy policy

The short version
This website is a marketing page. It has no accounts, no login, and no database behind it. We collect as little as we can get away with, and we never sell anything about you or your child.
The waitlist form
The email field on this page is not yet connected to a mailing list. Whatever you type stays in your browser for the length of your visit and is discarded when you close the tab — it is not transmitted to us or stored anywhere. When we do connect a real list, this page will be updated first and the form will say so.
The free plan builder
When you generate a sample activity, the three details you enter — an age range, a communication stage, and one interest — are sent to our AI provider so the plan can be written. We do not ask for your child's name and ask that you don't include it. We do not store the request or the generated plan.
Payments
Checkout is handled entirely by our payment processor. Card details are entered on their systems and never touch ours — we receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the email address you used, so we can send a receipt and your access link.
Server logs
Like any website, our hosting provider records standard request information such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are rotated automatically. We do not build advertising profiles from them.
Your child's information
Nothing you enter on this marketing site identifies your child. Inside the paid programme, progress notes belong to you: exportable as a PDF for your care team, deletable permanently at any time, never sold, and never used for advertising.
Children's privacy
This service is intended for parents and carers, not for children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold, and to object to certain processing. Since this site stores nothing, most requests will concern purchases or programme accounts — get in touch and we'll action them.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Questions about privacy can be sent to the contact address shown on your receipt.
